Hi, I would like to submit a Complaint to the business. I tried many many times to get an answer and information as to how and if FedEx tried to find the package and retrieve it and get to the correct purchaser of the product. This tendering to SmartPost proved to be the worst way to ship. the correct shipment address deliver information was included It was picked up for delivery by fedex on may 1, 2023. ![]() Before it was sent to *************, the package was sent to the *****, **. It had been delivered to the ********** facility and label created (sent me false info) the returned to ********* facility at 5:37 PM and (out for delivery sent to me again) and scheduled for deliver in ************* and my address by end of day. The original tracking # (provided above) was changed(listed above) when 'tendered to SmartPost" on tuesday, at 9:15 PM the shipment information was sent to FedEx and picked up *********, ** at 5:37 PM and I was then messaged that the package had been delivered. FedEx drivers pass by this address on a daily basis, I also have an HD video of the driver dumping the package if FedEx wants proof, BBB doesnt allow video uploads to they will need to request. If FedEx doesnt retrieve this package in the next five days I will call our city police department and have then cited for dumping trash on the side of the street. we had torrential rain the past few days and Im sure the contents have been ruined. The agent finally hung up and thought the problem is solved, well a week has gone by and the package is still there, the delivery address is a long ways away and have no way to contact the recipient nor is it my responsibility to perform FedEx delivery functions. The agent wanted my personal information such as my phone number and email address, I told him the package is not mine, and is located on the street outside a locked gate, Im not providing my personal contact information for an error that has nothing to do with me, I provided the street address and tracking number which is sufficient to retrieve and fix their error. Taking a photo of the label, I reported it to customer service and provided the physical street address to pick up the package. I immediately called customer service but hung up after an hour of waiting. ![]() A week ago FedEx Ground left a package with the wrong name, wrong number, wrong street on the label. I have an exterior gate located on the road. I am a 100% disabled veteran that lives in a rural area with a log driveway 1/4 mile.
